New York Islanders at Pittsburgh Penguins, 7:30pm ET
Consol Energy Center — Pittsburgh, PA — MSG+, NBCSN, TSN
Tonight in Pittsburgh will try to rebound from the atrocious Game One they played on Wednesday night. They’ll have a clean slate to work with and will need to find a way to step up their game to the level of the Penguins to avoid another outright disaster.
The bad news tonight is that the Penguins could get Sidney Crosby back on the ice. Crosby skated with the team yesterday, which he also did prior to Wednesday’s Game One, but this time it was in his usual spot between Chris Kunitz and Pascal Dupuis. Crosby practiced on the Pens bottom line before Wednesday’s game. James Neal, who was hurt early in Game One, did not practice. Dan Bylsma gave no update on Crosby or Neal’s status.
For the Islanders, everyone appeared to be normal and healthy after yesterday’s practice with the exception of Evgeni Nabokov’s mask:
Nabokov was asked if his mask was permanently damaged from Iginla's shot. Responded: "I don't want to let Iggy know he has a good shot."—

Nabokov said that mask is done but appears to have an identical mask to replace the broken one.
We’ll have more updates during the day, including projected lines later on.
