VIDEO: Here is John Tavares' Second Breakaway Attempt, Complete With Carey Price Tebowing
Tonight was the All-Star Skills Competition on the eve of the game itself. John Tavares took to the ice in the breakaway competition, scoring with a nifty goal that he batted around a few times. Montreal’s Carey Price was in goal and Tebowed during the attempt. The goalies were not taking this quite so seriously.
If you’re not familiar with the latest fad on the internet (that’s now kinda dead), here’s a 101 course on what it means to Tebow.
And here is his third attempt of the night, quite possibly the nicest of the bunch.
Video credit as always to Keith.
And if you’re wondering why I didn’t post JT’s first attempt, I’ll let Grabner explain.
JT did a great “Grabner breakaway” impression for people who are wondering what that was.. #nervs
